About this home

Owners comments...

We have loved living in Beedon drive! My childhood home was just a few houses up the road so it was extra special to be able to buy this one. We love the conservatory space, it’s perfect for entertaining our friends and family and since putting on a full Leka roof it is comfortable all year round. A huge buying point for us also was having the park directly opposite so we could see our daughter from the window as she became independent. She has throughly enjoyed having her own en suite bathroom during her teenage years. The master bedroom has a large en suite containing the bath so that guests can use the shower in the main bathroom. The estate is so quiet and everyone here takes a pride in their homes and cares for their neighbours. Kings academy Easthampstead park school is such a short and safe walking distance from behind the house. There is the gym and restaurant next door at Easthampstead Park hotel and we love to walk around the fields of Jennett’s park country park, or if heading a bit further, up into Swinley Forest with a stop at the Golden Retriever pub.

Area views...

The location is another real highlight, with a lovely open green space and children's play area directly opposite the property. It’s a brilliant feature for families, providing somewhere close by for children to play and enjoy the outdoors, while there is also plenty more green space nearby for walks and fresh air. Beedon Drive also offers convenient access to Bracknell's amenities, with The Lexicon and the wider town centre just a short drive away, giving you a great balance of everyday convenience and access to outdoor space.

Agents comments...

This is a really lovely four-bedroom detached family home with plenty of space and some great features. As you come in, there’s a welcoming entrance hall, downstairs WC and a fantastic front-to-back living room with a sunny bay window and recently refitted carpets. To the rear, you have a well-equipped kitchen leading into the utility area, with access to the integral garage. But one of my favourite parts of the house is the large conservatory, which has a solid hardtop roof and looks beautifully over the garden. Outside, there’s a generous decking area, lawn and driveway parking, giving you plenty of space for entertaining and enjoying the garden. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including three good-sized doubles, along with three bathrooms and two en-suites. The main bedroom also has a really good-sized wardrobe area. And the location is a real bonus. There’s a lovely green space and children’s play area directly opposite, with plenty more green space nearby and The Lexicon just a short drive away. A great family home with lots of space, useful features and a really lovely setting.
