About this home
A three bedroom semi-detached house on Stipularis Drive in Yeading, arranged over three floors with a walled garden behind it and its own driveway at the front. There is around 986 sq ft of internal space, plus eaves storage on the top floor and a shed in the garden.
The reception room takes up most of the ground floor, carpeted and lit by a window at the far end, and it is long enough to hold two sofas and an armchair without the room feeling full. Behind it the kitchen and dining space runs across the back of the house.
The kitchen is fitted in solid timber shaker units on three sides, with a dark stone worktop, a mosaic tiled splashback and a gas hob, and a peninsula that separates the cooking end from the dining end. Tiled flooring runs through the whole of it and a glazed door opens straight onto the patio.
Two bedrooms sit on the first floor, the larger with a full wall of fitted wardrobes, a dressing shelf and cupboards over the bed. The family bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling with a quadrant shower enclosure and a vanity basin. The top floor is given over to a third bedroom with fitted storage in the eaves and its own shower room under a rooflight.
Outside, the garden is paved in sandstone and fully enclosed by brick walls, with a covered seating area against the back of the house and a shed at the end. The driveway at the front takes a car off the road.
