Tenant Fee Schedule for Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST) Unpaid Rent: Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid in order to pursue non payment of rent. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.  Tenant Fee Schedule for non AST Agreements Charge for raising and completing paperwork including the Agreement and carrying out referencing is £500.00 plus VAT. The charge for renewing this Agreement is £90.00 plus VAT.  In addition all other fees from the top section apply.  Tenant Protection: Coopers are a member of CMP Propertymark, which is a Client Money Protection Scheme , and also a member of The Property Ombudsman, which is a Redress Scheme.
