Owners Comment “What I love most about living here is the location. You’re right between Blackheath and Lee, so you get the best of both. Manor House Gardens is just around the corner, and you can walk straight up the road to Blackheath Village and the heath in around 10 minutes. There are also lots of lovely independent shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs nearby, and the area has a really nice community feel.
Getting around is really easy too. You can use either Blackheath or Lee station, which is a huge bonus as they’re on different routes and have different train times. There are also plenty of buses right outside, so getting to Lewisham, Hither Green and other parts of South East London is very straightforward.
One of the things that surprised me most about the flat is how quiet it is. The windows keep out the majority of the outside noise and you hardly hear anything from the neighbouring flats.
The flat itself is quite special within the building. It’s on the top floor and is one of only two flats in Stafford House with the larger layout and the lovely curved window. There’s also loads of storage, which has been incredibly useful.
It’s a friendly, well-looked-after building and a really convenient place to live. I’ve particularly loved having so much within walking distance while still being able to come home to a surprisingly peaceful flat.”
