Late Payment of Rent Limited to interest charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate, when rent is more than 14 days late. Lost Key or Security Device Equivalent to the cost incurred. Changing Tenancy Documents (after commencement) £41.67 (£50 inc. VAT), or any reasonable costs incurred if these are higher. Stamp Duty Land Tax Payable on tenancies where the rent, for the whole time a tenant stays in the property, exceeds £125,000. Household Outgoings Utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax. Part Two Non-Housing Act Tenancy Which tenancy applies to you? A Non-Housing Act Tenancy is formed when one of the following criteria is in place: The annual rent exceeds £100,000 The property is not used as a main or primary home The property is occupied by an entity (company let) rather than an individual There is a Resident Landlord Please speak with our branch staff if you need clarity on which tenancy might apply in your circumstances. All other monies due must be paid via the Goodlord platform or into JOHNS&CO's client account by direct bank transfer. We are unable to accept cash. We do not accept credit cards.
