About this home
IMAGINE SATURDAY HERE Start with a little more freedom — life in Winkfield Row has a wonderfully relaxed feel, with countryside and open spaces around you while Bracknell and Ascot remain within easy reach.
Bring everyone together — the generous kitchen/breakfast room is made for busy family breakfasts, weekend lunches and those conversations that seem to last all morning.
Make the house your own — with four bedrooms and separate living and dining spaces, there's room for everyone to have their own corner of the home.
Head outside for the afternoon — explore the surrounding countryside, take a walk or make the most of the green spaces around Winkfield. The area has a strong emphasis on outdoor recreation, with local playing fields, open spaces and footpaths.
Keep the day local — Winkfield Row has a selection of village amenities, including a farm shop, restaurants and traditional pubs, while Bracknell and Ascot provide a wider choice of shopping, dining and leisure.
Come home for dinner — the separate dining room gives you somewhere to make an occasion of it, whether that's Sunday lunch with the family or dinner with friends.
Then spread out — four bedrooms, two bathrooms and multiple reception spaces mean the evening doesn't have to happen in one room.
As the day winds down — settle into the living room, open the doors to the garden and enjoy the quieter pace that comes with living on the edge of the countryside.
THE OWNERS' INSIGHT
Location - Plenty of nearby walks with three parks. Local facilities (doctors, dentist), Shopping and Ascot and Windsor within a few miles. Award winning schools in walking distance. We’ve loved living here and would take the house with us if we could as we relocate nearer to family. It’s a very loved home
Community feel - Friendly area with Croft WhatsApp group, street summer get togethers and everyone says ‘hello’
Garden - The garden has an extensive patio with additional space to enjoy on a second level. It's full of colour and a South facing relaxing environment
Veranda - We use the garden all year round enjoying the warmth under the veranda
Inviting front room - Very comfortable relaxing of an evening with our wood burner
WHY HARWOODS LOVE IT It's the setting that first catches our attention. Winkfield Row gives you that lovely sense of being away from the bustle, without being isolated.
The house has the space to match it. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, a generous kitchen/breakfast room and a garage give this home genuine flexibility.
We love the balance. Countryside and village life are part of the everyday setting, while Bracknell's shopping and leisure facilities remain close enough to enjoy whenever you want them.
The kitchen/breakfast room is a real focal point. It's generous enough to accommodate everyday family life without losing that feeling of being somewhere everyone naturally gathers.
The separate dining room gives entertaining a little more occasion. Sunday lunches, birthdays and dinners with friends all have their own space.
The garage is another practical luxury. Having secure parking and additional storage means the house works just as well behind the scenes as it does in the rooms you see.
And there's flexibility everywhere. Four bedrooms means the house can adapt to family life, guests, hobbies or working from home as your needs change.
But ultimately, it's the lifestyle that makes it. You get the comfort and practicality of a substantial family home, with the countryside, community and wider Berkshire lifestyle right around you.
