A refundable Holding Deposit to reserve a property (capped at one week's rent). If the tenant requires access to their house outside of office hours, arrangements can be made for them to collect a front door key from Security at Willowbank Mews. This service is provided at the Landlords discretion, and it is not guaranteed that a key will always be available for collection on the day that it is requested. Failure to make rental payments, without prior written agreement of the landlord, will incur a late payment charge. Late Payment Charge is capped at 3% above The Bank of England Base Rate.
