A refundable Holding Deposit to reserve a property (capped at one week's rent). We will endeavour to assist tenants where possible regarding finding replacement tenants. Replacement keys will be charged at £24 per key. This is the cost to us of replacing these special secure keys on our master system which cannot be replicated without our authority. If the tenant requires access to their house outside of office hours, arrangements can be made for them to collect a front door key from Security at Willowbank Mews. This service is provided at the Landlords discretion, and it is not guaranteed that a key will always be available for collection on the day that it is requested. Failure to make rental payments, without prior written agreement of the landlord, will incur a late payment charge. Late Payment Charge is capped at 3% above The Bank of England Base Rate.
